With this score in NEET 2019 you don't have much chance of getting MBBS in a government college. The cutoff for SC category remains around 350. So you need to score more than that. But you can try in Karnataka as the cutoff is high there. But chances are less. You can get a seat for MBBS in private colleges. SO try for that also. I cannot tell the exact colleges you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
