Dear Sir / Ma'm with a score of 358, you would not be able to get a seat through the 15% All India quota counselling. In the state counselling of West Bengal in the year 2018, for general category the least cut-off was 479 in the Maldah Medical College, Maldah. With the fact that the cut-offs may increase this year, you do not really have chances in the government medical colleges of your state.
