Hi aspirant now since you have 173 Rank in B.EL.ED that's a quite good rank so after this you have to apply for counselling by filling the counselling form as well as to pay counselling fee. During filling the counselling form you need fill your desired colleges which you want but you need those colleges only which should come under your rank range. Than after that you need to attend the counselling and get the college and within certain time period you need to visit the college to mark present with the necessary documents.
