I will give you a gist about  DR. RBCAU PUSA , Bihar in the subject community science so that you can decide whether it is a course good enough. The college is a central university and studying here (if you have got the seat through icar) will get you a scholarship to but the catch is that you might not get placed after 4 years of BSc (as is with any other BSc subject), you will have to go for Masters (Be it in community science or MBA).
