Dear Aamir, there are approximately 1750 MBBS seats gor grabs in MP State Counselling. You havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018 under State Quota the cut offs for various categories have been as follows:

General Category: 493
OBC: 491
SC: 326
ST: 279

This is 2018 data. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And this year ranks have dominated marks in counselling. With a State rank of 1648, you have a decent chance at a seat in Private Medical College.

With this score if you belong to state quota and you are a general category student then you don't have much chance. Last year two colleges had cutoff less than your score. But the difference was 4-5 marks. But you can try for MBBS in private colleges. You may get a seat. You can also apply in that two government colleges. I am writing the names -

If you have any category reservation like SC/ST then you may get a seat in government colleges also.
