home state quota is the benefit provided to a student during admissions in any
government college in a state or Union territory where they have appeared for
class 12th examination with formal schooling, regardless of whichever state
they actually belong to.


You
must have completed your 11th and 12th education from any school affiliated to
CBSE, ICSE or state board to be eligible for home state quota.
