Well according to last year's cutoff you need to score between 470-480 minimum to be on a safe side to get admission in maharashtra. 

Also relying on all india quota counselling won't be a wise decision to make since we know 85 percent state quota is more beneficial.

Still I would suggest you to apply for both state quota and all India quota counselling as you never know what are your options.
