             Yes another drop year will not be tolerable from you. So now, that you have left, let's focus on it. With your BITSAT rank you can't get any of the three campuses & as your boards marks are very good, you can do hnrs also, you can get also very good college. But btech will bring you many more opportunities. So I would recommend to you join Btech.

But at this rank you can't get any good colleges, but you can chances in IIIT Bhagalpur, Manipur in spot rounds. You can get for those colleges at this rank in spot round. You have also chance in TSST Silchar, GKV Haridwar in spot rounds.

Also you can get good private colleges at this rank.

See the percentile u have scored is too low for u to grab a seat in the good colleges like NITs IIITs or GFTIs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest under the btech courses. U should be going for private colleges like LPU , MANIPAL , SRM ,etc which might give u seat or any concession in fees structure.i m providing u a link for ur help.
