You can study anything .
Comparative literature and English Literature both are good course.
There are various degree courses in journalism that can be opted after 10+2.

Some of the courses are-

1.Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Journalism- 3 years course
2.Bachelor of Journalism- 3 years course
3.Bachelor of Mass Media and Journalism- 3 years course
4.Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communication- 3 years course
5.Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication (BJMC)- 3 years course

Tip- Also start doing internships when you get a chance, it will make it easy to get a decent job.

All the best!

thank you I had no idea that there were so many variations. So after i finish my comparative literature course, which of the 5 options do you prefer I should join? I actually love writing and I'm already doing a content writing internship. And I want to write in magazines in the future. So for that particular interest, which option should I pick from all the options you have given me?
