As per your requirement, i would say that as you are expecting 590 in neet 2019 in general women category, you can have chance in cmc vellore for admission into mbbs/bds in the colllege.

Getting admission depends on studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, demand of course, etc.

590 marks is good enough to get admission into cmc Vellore, but it depends on your reservation category, so if you have specific reservation then you will have seats reserved for it.
