Hello, I've got 49% aggregate in the graduation I'm from general category... Am I eligible for the BHU LLB??? As in the counseling process the counselor will give or will not give me admission considering my overall marks in the graduation??

If we go through the eligibility criteria of LLB as laid out by BHU, it clearly mentions candidates need to pass graduation in any discipline securing 50% aggregate which is including all the subjects in the three years of graduation, you  can exclude those in which only pass marks are required though, so if you belong to UR and have secured 49% aggregate in your graduation, then you are not eligible for LLB in BHU, check out the official website at https://www.bhu.ac.in/law/admission.html for this,

you have to look out for other options regarding this, such as you can try for LAT, the entrance test which is conducted for admission to LLB course by Allahabad University, visit our page at https://law.careers360.com/articles/lat regarding this, or even PU LLB though application form is closed for this,
