There are various factors that are to be considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper .

If I were to go by the previous years trends then the cut offs generally stays around 70k. But it can vary a bit due to the above factors.
