As you belongs to OBC category there is a chance to get government colleges with this rank. However you can go through previous year cutoff to have a better knowledge

The chances of getting a good Medical College with this much score are moderate. it would be great if you can share your state of domicile with us so that we can tell you if your child can get admission into a good medical college under 85% state quota while in 15% all India quota it can be little difficult.
