Dear Ayush, you haven't mentioned in which stream you have completed your Diploma. If you want to pursue studies, you can gain Lateral Entry intp B.Tech in the same stream. There will be entrance examinatioms for Lateral Entry into B.Tech at State Level. You can check that. However if you want to pursue a career, notification for SSC JE has been released and you can apply to that if you meet the eligibilty criteria. Not just that based o your stream, you can also check for opportunities in Job networking sites like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
