Submit an RTI to the mci and you will get a copy of it.. anyway they have stopped giving out hard copies of eligibility certificate after 2012.. i cleared in 2018 and got through without showing any original at delhi..

with out the original certificate you may not take admission in colleges  even if you succeed to qualify the exam. contact with the certifying authority for issuing a duplicate certificate. hope you may understand.
