Hi. As you know this year many students have performed exceptionally well in NEET 2020, with two students obtaining 100% score (720/720). This year the cut off has also increased accordingly. So this year it will be very difficult for you to secure a seat through NEET counselling for MBBS or BDS. If becoming a doctor is your passion, you can take a drop year and prepare for NEET 2021. The other options depend on your interest and choice, you can pursue allied sciences or bachelors in science.
