Your placement after MBA will be based mostly on your 2 years of performance records, internships, projects, other co curricular or extra curricular achievements. They will look at your under graduation performance too so it is up to you to make up for that in the next 2 years if it's average so that you may distinguish yourself from your peers during placements.
