I checked if they consider JEE MAINS paper 2 score for admission Architecture, and they do. So you should apply immediately with your JEE MAINS score through JoSAA rounds, and apply for the college that you want. It's not necessary that you apply for this university, there are several available, according to your score and cut-off. All the best!
