Dear Dipu, Physics section  in NEET has 45 questions. Every right answer gets you 4 marks and a wrong answer takes away 1 mark thanks to Negative Marking. So you have a chance to score 180 in this section. And NEET doesnt have secrional qualifications and so there is no mimium mark required. Over all you should score the required marks according to the cut off for that particular Academic year. While the marks might change, the formula remains the same in deciding the cut offs for each Category. They arr:

General Category: 50 percentile
PWD: 45 percentile
OBC/SC/ST: 40 percentile

Hi Dipu,

Well there is no specific subject wise cut off released. A total of score is released as the cut off out of 720 which shows the minimum marks needed to qualify the exam and to attend the counseling.

That is usually around 150+ for UR and lower for other categories.
