There is no maximum age limit set for applying in the CS Executive exam There is no age limit to pursue the course of Company Secretary/Executive. There is qualification prescribed by Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) to get enrolled in the course. The course is divided into three programmes viz foundation Programme, executive programme and professional programme.

Eligibility :-

1. To appear in any CS Executive exam session June/ December, candidates need to register for a CS Executive Programme at least 9 months before the exam.
2. candidates who have completed their graduation/ post graduation can register for the CS Executive course.
3. Candidates should be above 17 years of age before CS Executive registration.
4. The ICSI exam is conducted twice a year. However, the last date of CS executive 2022 registration to appear in the June 2022 attempt was January 31, 2022 for a single module, and to appear in both modules of CS executive 2022 the last date was November 30, 2021.
