Congrats for the marks you secured. As per the previous years' cut-off trends, Pt. JNM Medical College has a cut-off close to 2601-6144 i.e., approx equals to 581-590 marks for general category and for SC it is 21836-28091 i.e., close to 491-500 marks. So, if you belong to General category, you may be able to do it. But if you belong to some other category then there are chances of getting a seat.

As per your query I would like to tell you that your chances of getting a seat in PT. JNM  Medical college,Raipur is 50-50 as last year least marks to secure a seat was 509 marks from unreserved category ,500 marks from OBC category ,388 marks from SC category and 330 marks from ST category under state quota . As you have not mentioned your category I would like to tell you that if you belong to general category then your chances of getting a seat is a bit low ,and 50-50 if you belong to OBC category and fair chances if you belong to SC and ST category . Remember cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category
