Minimum age should be 17 years on or before the day of admission, so as per your question you need not to worry about that thing, for sure you are eligible.

Yes, you are ofcourse eligible. The rule for the age is that the student should be able to complete the age of 17 on or befor 31 December of the year you get admitted in mbbs/bds. For instance you want to check your availability for neet 2018, then you should be able to 17 years old before 31 December 2018.

Yes, you are eligible to appear in NEET 2018 according to your age. Also, as per the criteria minimum age should be 17 till December 2018. So I would say keep the tension away regarding the criteria and focus on your preparation so that you can get decent score.
