Top 20 percentile is not 75% for all the boards, and have variations around all the boards. 75% is the agreed top 20 percentile for the CBSE board students.
For Gujarat Board, the following marks are required to be in top 20 percentile according to 2019:
GEN: 373
OBC: 359
SC: 341
ST: 324
So if your LOW is above this range, then you are eligible.
