You may have chances in Deemed Universities.

Based upon your score in NEET 2018, and the previous year cutoff, chances are less for admission to Government Medical Colleges under All India Quota and state quota.

If you belong to a general category then your chances of getting a seat in government bams college is difficult but you can try for management quota seats in private bams colleges.i hope this information helps you.
