With a rank of 16,549 in obc ncl category, you have chances of procuring a seat only in IHM Srinagar when comparing the results of previous years. For other IHM's the closing ranks were around 13,000-15,000. But you can get a seat in the private colleges. Also, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
