but as you didn't share your category so you can check yourself according to last year cutoff through the given link.

Telangana State cut offs:

UR- 474 marks with 32229 rank
SC- 393 marks with 82802 rank
ST- 419 marks with 63356 rank
BC- 414 marks with 67080 rank

This is 2018 data with AIR ranks. With 3648 state rank, you can get a Government Medical Seat if you are from SC, ST,OBC Categories. But please remember that cut offs change every year. You can check your options by using our predictor

Dear aspirant,

Please first of all mention your category because much things depends on your category. Now coming to your state rank then it is quite good enough to get you seat in medical colleges of your state. Through this rank you will definitely acquire a seat. But if you are from general category then your marks are quite insufficient to get you seat in colleges through all India counselling. So overall chances are good to get you seat in your state through 85% of state quota counselling. Best of luck for your future.
