Owing to this year's Rank Inflation, a lot many students were affected.
Although your score of 562 is great but the rank of 19,098 might actually create a problem.
As far as the stats of 2018 are concerned, Kakatiya Medical College, Telengana had a UR cutoff score of 529 marks which is actually quite lower than yours but the cutoff rank stood at 12,272. And since Rank has a greater influence upon the cutoff, it's quite probable that your chance of making it through are quite bleak.
