With a score of 470, it is very dificult for you to get admission in government medical or dental college under All India Quota under OBC as the cutoff remain 520+ . Under All India Quota, you can expect to get only management seats.
But you can definitely try for your domicile state quota, you will have chances there under OBC. Please mention your state to know about details of cutoffs of your state 2018, as that will help you to figure out your chances of getting a seat more accurately.
