With 54/720 marks in NEET, you cannot get admission in government colleges. You can try private colleges but that is also unlikely.

One option is to try for management seat in deemed/private colleges but you will have to pay over 30 lakhs.

I suggest you try to give neet again next year after preparing from ncert properly. You can also try some paramedical courses in science colleges.
