As per your requirement, i would say that as per your marks 144 in neet exam mentioned above, it is quite not possible to get admission in any course or even bums as your markd are not enough to fetch you a seat. 

Getting a seat in government medical college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation etc. 

As you have your reservation category, but still it wouldn't be possible to get a seat in Telangana as normally cut off remains higher. You need to have 250+ marks in neet to still have ba chance to get your seat.

You can try for private collegr or next year to get admission in government college.
