You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of around 1700 ,it becomes difficult to secure a seat in the IHM Delhi, Pusa when comparing the results of previous years in your category is general. Last year, IHM Delhi, Pusa had a closing rank of 234 which is far away from yours. But you can enter into other IHM's like Hajipur, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram and Shillong. But, one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
