Hi

I regret to inform you that there is no chance for you to getting into PSU with 39.95 marks. The last years average cutoff for civil PSUs was between 53-60. You can go for higher studies, since you are GATE qualified many state run and priviate run universities in India take admission under GATE score. And also AICTE will provide you scholarship of Rs 12400/- per month for the period of 2 years.
