Hello aspirant ,
With your qouted details it would be hard for you to get any college through JOSSA councelling.
I would suggest you to go for other Engineering entrance and state level entrance exams.
You can also check out link of colleges accepting jee main score.

Since you belong to obc category and you get 69219 rank in jee mains, there's literally no chances to get seat in nits or iiits. As per the previous years opening and closing ranks to get into nits and iiits your rank is not eligible. But you can get better state level engineering colleges. To know exact colleges in which you can get seat then you can try our college predictor tool,

Hello,

It's tough to tell you about your admission possibilities in particular colleges since the cutoff changes every year based on various factors but you can definitely get an idea of your admission possibility as per previous year's cutoff.

Now with your JEE CRL rank and your OBC rank getting into IITs and NITs won't be possible for you since the cutoff is really High for these institutes.

Your best chance is to apply for state level counseling like Odisha, Maharashtra etc where you might have a chance to get state level government colleges if you have the home state quota. You'll definitely be eligible for some good private universities/college as well in your desired branch.

To know more about your chances in JOSSA and State level counseling you can use the college predictor
