With a 38711 rating in the sc category, you won't get into any college in the JEE csab phase, not even gfti.

However, you may enrol in one of India's excellent private engineering institutions or take a one-year break and work hard to improve your AIR and gain admission to a reputable government college.

As you have secured a sc category rank of 38711, then your crl rank is nearly around 500000.
And with this much crl rank you will not get any seat in nits or iiits in both csab special rounds.

As per your profile I can assume that you belong from andhra Pradesh then also there is no chance that you can get nit andhra pradesh even in csab with your home state quota.

Even getting a gfti would be very negligible with this much crl rank.
But still you can try your luck by participating in csab special round counseling.
