With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that you can still give your medical entrance exams like NEET even if you fail in Bsc 2nd year of the college. This is because failing BSc doesn't matter in NEET!! NEET needs eligibility of 10+2 passed candidates !! Passing a degree is not a eligibility criteria.
Further, the eligibility criteria for NEET Exam is given below :
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board. Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
