For pursuing your MBA in IIM'S you have to complete many processes . There are currently 20 IIMs in India . CAT exam percentile is the most crucial aspect of admission in management courses offered at IIMs .

So in order to get admission  to IIMs, you have to clear CAT cutoff required by the specific IIM to get shortlisted for appearing in further selection rounds .

To appear for CAT exam the eligibility criteria is atleast 50% Mark's in your degree . Only then you can appear for CAT.

IIM admission process
1. Shortlisting of candidates through CAT scores .you will be invited for the WAT / GD- PI round by each IIM on its official website .
2. screening for WAT/ GD -PI , you will be shortlisted based on CAT scores and academic record , after which interview letters are sent for selected candidates .
3. And at the end IIMs will composite each candidate score based on various parameters and finalise your selection.
The parameters are as follows .
Class 10 score
Class 12 score
Graduation score
WAT /GD -PI performance
Work experience ( not needed of you have secured high score in CAT)

So if you have  cleared all this ..you will be selected for any one of the IIM

As you have mentioned your Class 10 and 12 scores make sure your having a good score in graduation too and to make it into IIM you should work a lot in CAT exam .
