Hello,
Its true that as the NMC bill has passed both indian medical graduates and foreign medical graduates will have to appear for the same NEXT exam.
But the fmge passing rates for the previously conducted fmge exams is less than 25% and the indian  medical education is better in terms than that for medical institutions in russia/ukraine.

We suggest you to take a 1 year drop for thorough neet prepartion and get a good indian medical college in neet 2021.. A drop from neet preparation is an better option as 60% of medical stidents are droppers. also it really doesn't matter in long run.

You can use careers360 college predictor to know the colleges you can get at your NEET score;- https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

Hope this helps
