If you have applied for Post Graduate Course than
This is a Serious issue, Only Authorities of UPSEE Can Help in this matter but here are some options available right now:

1. You should Contact UPSEE Authorities via Email or Phone for Rectification, if they will respond you may be you will get the solution of your problem.

2. According to your Counseling Prospectus of UPSEE, You can also participate in Round 2 of the counseling process as a fresh candidate, if you have not paid the Fee yet for Round 1 Counseling.
(Counseling Fee: 1000 Rs)
If you already paid the fee for Round 1 Counseling but didn't filled any College during choice filling in this scenario too you are eligible for Round 2 Counseling.
But Please You should ask from Authorities of UPSEE, Will they allow modification in online counseling form? Will they allow modification in documents uploaded during Round 2 of Counseling?
