Unfortunately you have a very low score of 38, while the minimum cutoff required by OBC( OBC-NCL) candidates is 70-75, it will be better if you start preparing for next examination, or try some state level entrance exams for engineering colleges.

You can get good colleges on state level too,

Or you can try again with better preparation.
