with the rank you mentioned above in your question it seems difficult to get colleges like NITs/IIITs or any other government colleges.

But you can apply for private colleges in different states where you need to apply separately and in some of the Institute's admission is based on jee main score as well and there is reservation too.
There are other engineering exams also through which you can get top colleges. You can apply for WBJEE,BITSAT,VITEEE etc.
