To first step to become Company Secretary is to get registered with the ICSI.
You can do registration after passing 12th standard or completing graduation in foundation programme or executive programme respectively.

There are three stages you need to follow before becoming a CS :

Foundation programme- It has four modules of 100 marks each. The exam will be based on multiple choice questions (MCQ). The institute will take it with the help of computers.

Executive programme- It has two modules:

Module-1. It has four papers of 100 marks each.

Paper-1. Cost And Management Accounting(MCQ)

Paper-2. Tax Laws And Practice(MCQ)

Paper-3Company Law

Paper-4. Economic And Commercial Laws

Module-2. It has three papers of 100 marks each.

Paper-1. Industrial, Labour And General Laws (MCQ)

Paper-2. Capital Market And Securities Laws

Paper-3. Company Accounts And Auditing Practices

Professional programme- It has three modules consisting of papers of 100 marks each. The third module contains one elective paper and it is a open book examination.

Paper-1. Advanced Company Law & Practice

Paper-2. Secretarial Audit,Compliance Management & Due Diligence

Paper-3. Corporate Restructuring, Valuation & Insolvency

Module-2

Paper-1. Information Technology And System Audit

Paper-2. Financial,Treasury & Forex Management

Paper-3. Ethics,Governance & Sustainability

Module-3

Paper-1. Advanced Tax Laws & Practice

Paper-2. Drafting, Appearances & Pleadings

Paper-3. Elective paper (choose from any 5)

After completing executive programme, you have to go for 15 days training with ICSI. There is also a compulsory training which a person have to do with PCS Firm/Partnership Firm/LLP Firm/ Company registered with ICSI as a trainer.

After completing foundation programme- 3 years

After completing executive programme-2 years

After completing professional programme-1 year

And after doing all this you will have to do a training called MSOP with ICSI. It is a 15 days programme. Then a person will get his membership number.

You can’t do B.Tech in top college like IITs/NITs/IIITs since one need to score 75% marks in PCM and BITS, of course, one needs to have more than 75% aggregate and 60% in each PCM. So you are not fit for B.Tech/B.E. According to my knowledge, there aren't any colleges which provide B.Tech for non-science background without maths at least. Another way to join B. Tech would be through a diploma in computer science and join BTech as lateral entry.

So you can try for BCA if there are not any criteria that one need to have a Science background because some colleges have it. And then you can go for MCA at top colleges in India and of course, the placement is superb there.

Also if you are kind of creative you can also go for Animation. Many universities/colleges in India provide B.Sc or might be BA at (Animation and Gaming). It too has a bright future ahead. You can look up top colleges online and see their admission criteria.
