Its not clear whether you have 250 marks or rank, According to previous years cut off ranks analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants etc etc so nothing can be predicted with 100% sureity last year from general category(since you have not mentioned any category) cut off rank was 151 against 290 marks so acc to previous years cut off rank you might not have a chance .
