Cut off marks change every year depending upon the difficulty level of questions asked in the exam....

But your scores are quite high and with such good scores and the category you belong to there are fair chances you get admission.

In the previous year the cut off for admission in Banaras Hindu University through BLAT in 2018 for the SC category students was a rank of 145. And in the year 2017 the cut off for admission here was a rank of 155. Considering that your SC category rank is 67, you seem to have a very good chance of Admission here as per the previous year trends.
