You have fair chances of getting a seat in government college as considering last year's least marks to secure a seat was 353 marks in Guru Gobind Singh medical College ,Faridkot under state quota from SC category .so I can say yes you can but remember cutoff varies every year depending on the number of students appearing in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of students scoring more than you and your category.
