Dear Candidate,
Sorry to say but it is almost impossible with these marks to get into a Government Medical College. Moreover the cut offs are expexted to rise high. However, you would get into a government college only if you belong to any of the minority castes. You may also get admissions in private or deemed universities. You might also go to this link, to predict the same : https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=NEET_clgpd&ici=NEET_article_view_sticky

Dear aspirant,

Your marks are quite decent for a general category candidate. Through this marks you may not get any reputed government medical college. Actually according to  precious year's cut-offs the safer zone of marks are from 540-630 ateast to get reputed colleges . Try your luck over other private colleges through state quota counselling session in your state only.

Hope you find it useful.

Best of luck for your future.

Thank you.
