Following are the expected cutoffs for your desired and related branches at VIT campuses:
1) Electronics and Communication engineering (14,000) at Vellore
2) Electrical and Electronics engineering (15,000) at Vellore
3) Electronics and Instrumentation engineering (18,000) at Vellore
4) Electronics and Communication (specialization in IOT and sensors) (14,000) at vellore
5) Electronics and Communication engineering (20,000) at Chennai
6) Electrical and Electronics engineering (25,000) at Chennai
7) Electronics and Computer engineering (40,000) at Chennai

As you can see, you've few chances of getting a seat in these courses. It's not impossible but it's difficult.
You must try for VIT Bhopal and Amaravati campuses too.
