You've good chances of getting a seat of Electronics and Communication Engineering (specialization in IOC) .
Generally the cutoff rank of all ECE courses comes down to around 15,000 every year.
This is according to previous year cutoff trends.
If not at VIT VELLORE campus, you may try ECE at VIT CHENNAI campus as it is equally reputed.
