Helo student,
With a score of 500 in OBC category, you can secure a seat in the government medical colleges when comparing the results of previous years. Last year, a score of 429 in the OBC category secured a seat in the Lala Lajpat Rai medical college under the state quota. But scores and ranks vary with toughness of the exam and availability of seats. However you can predict the colleges which you are likely to get using the given link

Good luck

But mam how it could be 429 ....its very low marks. I have checked previous years merit list of this college and in that a score of around 490 was required for obc category to get seat in this college

I'm sorry dear, it's 492. But you still have a chance as every year ranking changes with respect to difficulty of the paper, state quota, top NEET score and so on.
