Dear Krishna, if your question is if you can appear for NEET for BAMS course in 2019 again though you got a seat and never joined college, yes you can appear for NEET because there is no cap on the no. of attempts to appear for NEET. But if your questionnis if you can join BAMS college in 2019 based on your NEET 2018 score, unfortunately no. Ypur NEET score and seat are valid only for the year of admission it was intended to be for. It cannot be carried forward.
