I am sorry but I dont think the pdf of PCB given by GBSE board will be enough for GUJCET since for any competitive exam you will have to go the extra mile to get a good stream and a good college. You can check it for yourself by taking mock tests from https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/gujcet-sample-papers . If you feel like you need someone to take you through the concepts again I recommend Vedantu (it has free classes on youtube which are really effective). All the best!
